    You will have unlimited access to subscription content as long as you have an active membership subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period.

  • What’s the difference between a single course purchase and purchasing a subscription?

    Single course purchase: you pay a one time fee to access a course content for a lifetime. Buying subscription: you will have unlimited access to the subscription’s content as long as you are paying for the subscription.

  • If I cancel my subscription and then resubscribe later, will I lose my course progress? Will I lose access to my certificates of completion as well?

    Yes. The course progress and certificate access via the course will be lost upon cancellation of the subscription.

  • What if I encounter technical difficulties during the course?

    If you experience technical difficulties, our dedicated support team is available to assist you. We will promptly investigate and guide you through the troubleshooting process to ensure smooth access to the course materials.

  • What if I fall behind in the course due to personal commitments?

    Life can sometimes get busy, and we understand that. Our courses are designed to be self-paced, allowing you to study at your own convenience. If you find yourself falling behind, you can resume the course whenever you have the time. Additionally, you can access the course materials even after completing the course, allowing you to review and catch up at your own pace.

  • What if I need additional assistance or clarification on course content?

    We encourage active engagement and provide various avenues for assistance. You can participate in discussions in BAUU Community where you can ask questions and interact with instructors and fellow learners. Additionally, some courses offer live Q&A sessions or dedicated office hours where you can seek clarification directly from the instructors. Our aim is to ensure you have a supportive learning experience.

  • What if I want to switch to a different course after enrolling?

    If you wish to switch to a different course within a certain timeframe of enrolling, you can always enrol on another one. Being a member gives you access to all courses where you can opt to enrol anytime. Please note that switching courses may be subject to availability and any price differences between the courses.

  • What if I am not satisfied with the course?

    We strive to provide high-quality courses, but we understand that personal preferences and expectations may vary. If you are not satisfied with a course, please contact our support team within a specified timeframe. We can discuss your concerns and explore possible solutions, such as providing additional resources or assistance.

  • What if I need to take a break from the course due to unforeseen circumstances?

    Your educational journey may occasionally be interrupted by life events. Due to unforeseen events, you can pause your work and pick up where you left off when you're ready. You can access the course materials and your progress history when you come back to one of our courses, which supports flexible learning.

  • Does the subscription program come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee?

    Since our membership is a subscription product, it does not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. Learners who are enrolled in a subscription via a free trial, can cancel at any time during your free trial, however, without being charged.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    If you decide the subscription isn’t the right fit for your learning needs, you can cancel your enrollment at any time. You will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.

  • Can I switch from a single course purchase to membership?

    Yes. If you wish to purchase a membership, the subscription fee will remain the same.

  • Are there prerequisites or language requirements?

    There are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 18 years of age and older. All courses are conducted in English. Video lectures include English subtitles and the option to slow-down, pause, or replay lectures for better retention. Discussion boards are a critical component of each of our courses; therefore, we suggest students have a conversational knowledge of English when pursuing a Certificate of Completion. For any of the art writing courses, students need to be 100% proficient in written English.
